That depends on the condition of the iron, the existing coating, rust, fixings, pitch and safe access. We inspect all of this before recommending paint. If repairs or replacement would be the better investment, we will say so rather than sell you the wrong job.
Your quote will describe the agreed washing, preparation, priming and roof-coating system for your property. If we find that re-screwing, repairs or other work should be completed first, we will discuss and price that separately so you know exactly what is included.
